In this issue, we feature as cover woman Dr. Sandra Lindsay, who made unintended history as the first person to be vaccinated in the United States Of America. She shares with us one year later all that she has seen and witnessed as the director of nursing for the critical care division at Northwell Health in Queens, New York.
